4. Trials and Participation

• Trial sessions are mandatory for all new players before registration (where applicable).
• Participation in programs, events, or matches is at the player’s own risk. AFA is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence on our part.
• Players are expected to follow coaching instructions, rules, and safety guidelines during all sessions and events.

5. Code of Conduct

• All players, parents, guardians, and spectators must demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• AFA reserves the right to remove any participant from programs, events, or premises if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

6. Liability

• AFA is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during participation in events, training, or while on the premises.
• Participants are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage for personal safety and property.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on AFA’s website, including images, videos, logos, and text, is the property of AFA and protected by copyright.
• Use of content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

• AFA collects and processes personal information according to our Privacy Policy, including details submitted during registration or contact forms.

9. Program Changes & Cancellations
